Bittersweet is not what it tasted years back. Know chocolate prices are very high but I would happily pay to have the old taste/ flavor back. Until then I will keep buying these

Melted, chopped, whatever ... this is superb. Coarse chop makes the best choc chip cookies. Melts smooth and evenly for ganache made with heavy or sour cream. Also fine for late munchies, just break off a few squares and smile.

Don't buy from this seller. The chocolate is stale - tastes like chalk - and the seller has ignored requests for a refund.

Expensive but delicious.

The chocolate is delicious, a wonderful balance between bitter and sweet, with just enough of a bite to it. It's what's missing from most other dark chocolate bars. Amazon offers 4 packs of the bars for sale. Just be careful from whom you order, and immediately print a copy of the invoice as soon as you place the order. Do it to be sure you're ordering what you think you're paying for and avoid getting burned.

Arrived broken, chocolate was dried out and stale. Noticed it was only a couple of months before use-by date, so probably just old. Disappointed as I've used this chocolate often for a particular recipe.

What can I say, it's a huge Lindt dark chocolate bar (60% cocoa IIRC). The best Lindt in my opinion. The only issue is that you will end up breaking off the large chunks and eating more than you might otherwise, but you won't care because it's so good. I bought these when they were offering a good price. Unfortunately not available right now probably because raw cocoa is 5X the price it was in 2022 thanks for crop failures.

It's so nice to be able to have just a big bar of dark chocolate without all sorts of things mixed in, and this delivers what it promises deliciously. Do be aware that if this is being shipped with other items, it is fairly likely to break - not that this is a big deal, as it usually happens along the lines where it's intended to be broken (the wrapper was not compromised). Nice and cocoa-y, and easy to break into portions whatever size you want. I would note that it is rather hard, so if your teeth aren't in good shape, be careful. Underneath the outer wrapping, it's covered in foil, making it very easy to cover back up when you're done.

I bought three of these big bars to make a chocolate cheesecake for Christmas. After I purchased them I decided to take a trip to the actual Lindt store because there was a sale on. Would you believe these were cheaper on amazon than the actual store. It’s a no brainer to stay at home in the cold weather than to go out and spend money on gas just to spend more money.
