Super product for the body

They are trace minerals, for people who want them and don't get them, but want them.

I will be using liquid form instead of this as it does not disolve well. I cannot afford to get a kidney stone. And yes I am taking w Vit d , K2

At first, I was just looking for a magnesium supplement. Then, I came across this one and it is the cheaper between the two similar products. Multivitamins with minerals doesn't have enough minerals that this product has. It is complete and it completes my dietary needs. You have to take 2 huge tablets but, at least you don't have to take your mineral supplements separately.

I'm very happy with these minerals! Only critique is that the pill is huge, which might not be for everybody, but personally I find taking a large pill easier than a small one because small ones get stuck in my throat so this one is easy for me.This has a very complete array of minerals, which is very well balanced. If you're having muscle cramps but you don't know what you're deficient in, you could order five other bottles of stuff or you could just order this one plus a malic acid pill. (That's the only thing this doesn't have that it really needs to be paired with so you can fully absorb and utilize it. I suggest using Nature's Life Malic Acid , 800 Mg, Mineral Chelating Agent, 250 Veg Capsules.)

Received this item on July 52025 did not open the product and on the ingredient list it only lists 16 Ingredients not 72 which was in the disruption as All 72 Trace Minerals. I all ready take most of the ingredients that where listed. requested a refund as I will never buy this product again. I feel the disruption is incorrect.

Great ingredients but like swallowing a rock.Maybe soft gels?5* ingredients3* for difficulty

I'm a believer in supplents & searched through pages to finally find this one. I think it's going to help my body stay healthy.
