Just received my unit and put it all together and is the light supposed to stay on ever when the door is closed?

I have the same issue. The light flashes red even when the door is closed and audible alarm shuts off. How do you get light to shut off?

Are the dimensions provider for the interior or exterior of the cabinet? What is the return policy?

Dimensions are for the exterior.

Does the key lock the cabinet or does it turn off the alarm?

The key only locks the cabinet, the alarm is on a magnetic switch. Both can be deactivated if wanted as well.

Does this cabinet have enough room to fit a CR Plus in soft case plus a set of child pads and a spare set up adult pads?

Yes, there is plenty of room in this cabinet.
