Leather Entryway Bench with Hidden Shoe Rack, Modern Decorative Furniture - B-Brown, 100x30x51cm (39x12x20inch)

Took 7 weeks to arrive. Instructions were on a one-page double-sided Word printout with low-quality images that were small and near impossible to read. Ended up having to disassemble and re-assemble pieces a few times because the instructions were so unclear. Plus the material itself was cheap and brittle. Not worth the money at all.

We love this shoe storage bench. The top is leather upholstered and the lid opens up for shallow storage. Currently we store our dog's harness,umbrella,shoe polish, etc... in there and then our shoes underneath,and I will put my husband's hiking boots in the side space. It looks very sturdy and beautiful.I'm very satisfied with this purchase. without a doubt this is one of the best assembled furniture we have ever ordered, It looks exactly like the ad.

Very cheap looking not worth the money, the package was totally damaged and broken no instructions to put it together took my husband over 2 hours to figure it out ... 3 shelves but no space to place the 3rd one ... whenever you open it falls hard and bangs very loud I saw the negative comments and unfortunately ignored them i purchased anyway and am very sorry ... people please don't buy this crap and save your money smh

This shoe bench does the job with an innovative design but has enough issues to keep it from being a great product.Pros:• Fits 12+ shoes if they’re small enough (men’s 10.5 on the bottom shelf), but no boots.• Sturdy enough - sits 2 people (400lbs) at least.• Fairly straightforward to assemble despite the writing being all in Chinese.• Padded seat cover is comfortable enough for putting on shoes.Cons:• Materials are bog standard fiberboard with flimsy plastic; concerns about durability of the moving parts.• Too small to be truly useful for a wider variety of footwear, e.g. ankle high hiking boots.• Minor fit-and-finish issues.• Styrofoam packaging that gets stuck to the wood everywhere.In summary, this unit functions fine, but quality is lacking for the steep price and it would be more useful if it were slightly larger. Concerns about long term durability preclude a higher rating.

Came with zero instructions, broken pieces, missing screws, instruction video unclear. Wish I could go back and not buy this at all

The product came damaged. It was assembled yesterday, today I open it up and the screws stripped out of it. Boards were broke and the wood grain print came peeling off. This does not fit size 12 shoes unless they are at an angle. Really cheap product.

Took forever to get to me and when it did it was in a flimsy one layer of cheap cardboard coming all the way from China and one single layer of bubble wrap. I’m shocked there wasn’t more than chipped corners. Also there were no instructions included but the company was quick to respond with a link to instructions. Once all is said and done, I’m very happy with my purchase.
