Great for us night workers
I work nights (12 hour shifts) and one of the problems with such work is the difficulty in staying awake and alert throughout the night when you've had very poor sleep during the day. I used to take caffine tablets, but I find that this stuff works much better. A couple of scoops in my 1L water flask and i can sip it when I need it and it keeps me awake and alert all night.
