Damaged
This item arrived with two tears in it. It was as if it had been returned then passed on to me because the plastic wrapping was in good condition. I didn't want to bother sending it back because it was cheap enough so I just taped up the two areas that were tore. So disappointing.

Slip sliding away.
This is couch support does NOT stay in place. It slides all over and I constantly have to readjust it. That means pulling out the cushions and setting them back in. With the arthritis that I have in my back ,it makes getting comfortable very difficult.Will look further for a support that supports a d stays in place.

Worked fine
Pretty standard in decreasing the dip in cushions, but in hindsight my couch might be broken so this product was fine in helping.
