I do like Multivitamins as it is so simple to take pretty much all you need in one tablet. The alternative is to buy the different vitamins and remembering to take each of the various tablets. This is simpler. It is a good mix. Pretty much all that is recommended is in the tablet. It is 1 months supply so not bad value and almost certainly cheaper than buying vitamins separately. Smallish and easy to swallow.

As a vegetarian I often take vitamin supplements as it can be tricky to always get the recommended daily amounts of all of the essentials from a vegetarian diet, and some vitamins are not stored in the body. I was interested to see what these Nutra Defence tablets, by NutraVit, with their Immune System Booster formula including vitamins A, C, D & E along with Selenium, Copper, Zinc and a few more unusual natural ingredients, were like. The recommended dose is one or two tablets a day which provides at least 100% of each NRV where known - they are suitable for vegetarians but possibly not vegans if the vitamin D3 is derived from Lanolin. Vitamin C is a natural antioxidant that helps the normal function of your immune system and skin, along with a number of other potential health benefits – the other vitamins and minerals included here also offer potential immune system support. The dose recommended by NutraVit is one or two tablets per day so there are enough supplied in this bottle of 30 for one person for a month at the minimum dose. Currently around fourteen pounds from Amazon, for this bottle of 30, these tablets are made in the UK to GMP standards and they represent reasonable value compared with some other brands I have used. If you are vegetarian rather than vegan you won't be disappointed with the quality of these tablets – they are quite large but fairly easy to swallow. I rate these Nutra Defence tablets by NutraVit with four stars for quality and value.

One of the most important things that you can do to keep your health up is to support your immune system. This is a good mix of important vitamins and minerals that would cost more if bought individually. Add magnesium and selenium and you've got most bases covered. However, bear in mind that the mainstay of this is a decent dose of Vitamin C (if you take 2x tablets a day).This will not stop you from getting colds and viruses but it will make them much more bearable and help you to recover more quickly.I don't say this as a medical professional but speak from personal experience of taking similar mixtures of products. Getting all these in one pill is a bonus and makes it easier and more convenient - and the price is a bonus, as is the fact that it is vegetarian-friendly. You really need to budget for two bottles a month to make sure that you are covered, however, one bottle with extra Vitamin C, Magnesium & Selenium is what I would personally recommend.

The package is of high quality. Need to take more tablets for testing. But 30 tablets are too less which is only last for 1 month.

You are getting 30 tablets and the recommended daily serving as one tablet so this should last you around a month. The tablets are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I like the fact that this is a British made supplement. Price is also right at just over a tenner. You get a very long best before date of over two years from the time of ordering.This is a clearly marked vegetarian product. I suspect it is not suitable for vegans because of the addition of vitamin D3 which is often from a vegetarian rather than a vegan source.I like the comprehensive mix of vitamins, minerals and botanicals included here.

Trying these out as i recently got respiratory viral infection and I'm asthmatic. Which I then passed on to my 83 year old mother who I care for. After desperately trying not to. I bought her a bottle as well. I'm hoping it helps us both have this infection now 3 weeks and nothing seems to shift it. I know work mates that have had it going on Four weeks and longer so hoping this will help to get rid of it. I will update if I fend it off quicker whilst on this stuff. update, been on these 5 days now and I'm getting a lot better. A lot quicker than my work mates so you decide.
