I returned this. NOT because it wouldn’t charge tho (which I put on the original return info) but because I decided to get a new charging cord and the battery charged just fine ! So, my old battery also charged right up with the new cord. My mistake. Not a problem with this battery at all. Apologies.

This item has lasted in the Arizona heat for two years now. The original Shark battery didn't last a year.If you need a replacement battery pack this company makes a great rechargeable unit. After all why replace the entire vacuum when all you need is a battery.Just make sure you pick the correct one for the model you have.

Was an excellent replacement for the battery in our Shark vacuum. The battery is long lasting and was a good value for the money.

I bought this as a backup to the battery included in my Shark IZ363HT vacuum, which advertises a 50 minute runtime on the package. When fully charged, the included battery has a stored energy of 2350 mAhr. This backup battery will store 3500 mAhr, Consequently, I find that this backup battery runs about 50% longer than the original battery. I'm not sure it is a good idea to run the Shark continuously for the extended period. Dyson vacuums actually have a warning that running theirs for extended periods may result in earlier deterioration of the vacuum. I did not find this warning on the Shark, but I intend to bear this in mind when using any extended period battery. The form factor is identical to the original battery, so it snaps in and out as easily. The charging time is not signifcantly longer than the original battery. All said, a good value.

This battery fit and worked on my shark pet plus. I had purchased a different replacement battery just over a year ago and it died. I got this one because it said it would last two years. However it only runs for about 15 minutes and the battery dies. I returned it and purchased the other one again.

Fits and functions just like the factory battery the vacuum came with.

We had our Shark vacuum for 2 years and noticed the battery was not holding the charge for as long as it did when new so we purchased this Shark battery replacement and found that it is like brand new holding the charge for the original time frame and lasting longer like it did when new. I am trying something different this time though as when the charge is full unplug from the power to charge to see if it doesn't wear down the battery as we had kept the original battery plugged in all the time and while 2 years is a long time, it might have not worn down as much by not plugging in all the time.
