A solid product; must-have for work clothes
- It was a little smaller than I thought it would be when it came but that might be good since I will be traveling with this and I don't have a lot of storage space. It's a little smaller than an iron.- It heats up VERY quickly (less than 1 minute?). I can do a couple items per fill which some people complained about but it didn't bother me to refill since I don't have to wait long to start using it again. By the time I've hung up my last item and brought a new one out, it's ready. Also, refilling is easy since the plastic in the top is thick enough that you can unscrew it without burning yourself (but do it with a towel the first time just in case).- People talk about the steamer spitting water. This only happens when I fill it past the line. So just pay attention to the max fill line!- Some fabrics respond better to the steam than others, and sometimes it doesn't get all the wrinkles out, but I think this is more a comment on the effectiveness of steaming vs. ironing. Sometimes I also wonder if I'm even saving time... I think on dress shirts you do because they are a bit complicated to iron, but for tank tops and shift dresses you probably don't save any. It is nice for things with pleats and gathers because you don't end up smooshing them like you would with an iron.In short, If you want to guarantee that your garment will be wrinkle-free then you will need an iron. But for delicate fabrics, dress shirts, and lazy people this is great!

Great product for the price.
I purchased this handheld steamer with the sole purpose of not having to take down my brand new curtains and iron them. I know you all can relate to my laziness. After I received the steamer I read the manual to make sure I properly used it. Very easy and the manual explains the process well. The steamer is easy to fill and it heats up VERY fast. If you over fill it past the max line it will spit out burning hot water at you, so be aware of that. If you have severe wrinkles you will need to move very slow over them to get them out. The water reservoir is small and you have to fill frequently if you have a big job. But overall I was happy with the product. The price was a fair value for the item and its effectiveness. The item arrived lightning fast since I'm an Amazon Prime junkie.

Dangerous & Difficult to Use
This machine spurts out boiling water every single time I've used it, before it releases steam. Not only is this extremely dangerous, it is also very inconvenient because it leaves a good amount of water on the floor/carpet and water droplets which stay will make your garment damp if you don't clean it - but if you try to clean it with a towel, you better have a nice, thick one or you will burn your hand - use caution! The only good thing about this is that it does its job, so I can get rid of wrinkles, especially in places which may be difficult to iron. But overall, this product is difficult to use and very hazardous. Hard to imagine all steamers are like this - I would go ahead and try another brand.

Works better than I expected.
I didn't get this unit for free, I bought it with my own money. Just getting that out of the way.I've never had a steamer before, and I can't believe how good this works. It's quick and travels well, and does just as good of a job as an iron unless you need a sharp press. It is better for some things, like getting the creases out of my graduation gown. On a flat surface, that would have been all but impossible with an iron, as evidenced by some of my fellow graduates!Only cons are:It will occasionally spit a little water on the garment, leaving a wet spot that dries in a few minutes. It does have a small capacity, barely enough to make it through a shirt and pants, and sometimes even that requires a refill.

works well but definitely NOT "100% Spit-free & Drip-free" that is false advertising.
don't believe anything the company says about no water shooting out. it is nonsense. this does do the trick. it gets super hot but water shoots out. the only thing i don't like is that it is constant steam ---no way to have the steam stop and start without turning it on and off completely. i looked around for a long time before settling on this one. all in all i am happy but i was sold on the whole "guaranteed to be 100% Spit-free & Drip-free. " it is just not true...which is why i gave it 2 stars

Have to refill often, one setting.
I didn't have super high expectations, knowing you get what you pay for. I needed something to get the wrinkles out of toddler clothes so they looked nice before putting them up for consignment. Tried it out immediately on my most wrinkled item. it does heat up fast, and puts out quite a bit of steam, problem with that is the small size doesn't allow for a whole lot of water and while steaming a very wrinkly baby dress, I had to fill it up twice, there's only one setting....on. And it's not like the wrinkles just "fall" out, I had to slap my hand downward on the fabric to get it to lay flat after it was moistened by the steam. That was to be expected I guess. It is very lightweight, and the cord isn't all that long, so make sure you are working as close as you can to the outlet. Or get an extension cord because of the cord is too taut, it almost feels as if it will pull roght off the surface you set it on. And I got mine from the warehouse deals and paid a few bucks less. But I can't complain, it does a good enough job, but an iron would have still been better, but who wants to iron baby clothes?!?! ;-)

Great for travel! Just don't fill up to much!
I was skeptical of this one but it is the best of 3 handheld steamers I've owned IMO. Only problem is that you cannot fill it to the max line. I fill mine half way only so it won't sputter out water. You can even cram a dryer sheet into the top part to help cut down on water sputter. I like this one because it's simple, very compact, and heats up quickly. I've had a few steamers in the same price range ( a bit more) and they either leak a bit or are slower.
