Acurracy + Durrability = NO BRAINER
This hydrometer is easy to read, and easy to understand.It has improved the quality of my home made wine 100%.I can track what 'recipes' work and don't work for me. And I can now track the ABV % which is super important when making home made wines and ciders.I have not had the unfortunate accident of 'rolling' since i am SUPER careful when using all of my equipment. Even though, the glass seems really well made and has survived a small tumble.I absolutely LOVED that it came packed in a plastic housing with foam inserts that allow it to take a jostle or two during transport. I could see these wearing down overtime and especially if you put your stick away wet. So don't do that.Other than the foam in the carrier wearing out over time I could see this hydrometer lasting many many years.The numbers are easy to read and as far as my tests could go are really super accurate.If I lost this one for some reason I'd deff buy again form this seller as long as they use the same supplier who pays attention to quality.

Works great.
Be careful with these things. They break easy and that is of no fault to the manufacturer. Love the different colors on the scale. Makes it easier to read.

Nice and durable, could use larger #'s for us old dudes.
I haven't broke them yet and this is my 4th one in a year. All my beer seems to come out at 5.5% but it's not the hydrometer's fault.

Easy to read.
The multi-colored band makes this hydrometer much easier to read than the one it's replacing. The protective case it comes in is sturdily built and well padded. Would purchase again.
