I pretty much disliked everything about them. They tasted awful, nothing like the advertised flavour. It was vile, and the flavour didn't stop after it was gone. I drank a load of milk to take away the taste, but that didn't work. I had to brush my teeth and it still didn't take the full taste away. I didn't feel any effects from the gummy. If anything it made me feel more anxious and it didn't help with the pain at all. It made me feel nauseous and sick in the back of my mouth for hours. I only got through a few gummies before I gave up and tossed them in the bin. I'll stick to the brand I was already using!

So gosh darn bitter! They do help with relaxing at night ready for sleep but they taste like the nail dip you had as a kid for when you couldn't stop biting your nails. Do not recommend for flavour!

You should buy these gummies . They make me feel so much relaxed when I take them. If you feel stressed it will help block out your stress and make you feel so much calmer. Exactly the same product as the much more expensive ones found in H&B, because they are the same company. Nice flavour, good gummie texture and at a very competitive price point. Good gummie.
