Q: Sorry does this come with the wireless receiver? Mine did not but the instruction website tells Mac to connect with one.

It should have arrived with a usb low profile receiver. It needs that. The logitech mx master 3 mouse connects directly to a mac via bluetooth but this keyboard does not - it must go connect via the usb connector.

Q: Does this have a UK keyboard layout?

Logitech does a few different country versions of this keyboard, including a UK one. Just ensure you specify the right one when ordering.

Q: Does this Mini for Mac keyboard have a Delete key please?

I'd say yes as it is a standard key on any keyboard.....that and I looked on the Logitech website and one image showed the delete key top right corner
