I live an area with hard water. Its January and Ive been running my 2 humidifiers pretty consistently since November. I use these drops in filtered water along with some drop in demineralizing pods. Game changing combination! I still get some white residue on the surfaces in my home but nothing like in the past. I do a quick wash of my humidifiers once a week and my water is never slimy and I have not seen any ring of bacteria growth. These are brand new humidifiers and I have a few tiny spots of mineralization build up on the heating element. Running two 6L humidifiers, I fill them every day to everyother. One bottle of these drops has lastest about 2 months. So its an easy, cheap addition with good results.

Works perfectly - I was getting the pink slime within a day of using my humidifier. With these drops it takes about a week for the slime to start to form. Even after it is much easier to clean. I’m honestly shocked at how well this worked for me. I thought it seemed pricy but it is well worth it and will last me a long time.

I purchased this item because I noticed some gross buildup in my 2 gallon Humidifier. I would only use distilled or filtered water and after using filtered water most recently, there seemed to be some whitish film substance inside. I purchased this product to clean and help purify my humidifier. However, upon receipt I read the directions and it was clear, this product is not to clean or demineralize a humidifier but instead to keep a clean humidifier clean and working efficient, but not to clean a dirty one. I ended up soaking my humidifier in distilled white vinegar for an hour and than did a hot rinse with a shower head with a concentrated blast of water and all of the film and residue came right off and out. I put it back together and started using this product, 6 drops for a galloon of water and an extra drop for care. I will use the humidifier at least 5 times a week with tap water and I will update how this product works. I am using this product to see if it will help the humidifier stay clean and work efficient while filling with California valley tap water. I previously used galloon jars of distilled water and most recently, purified water from the dispensers outside of grocery stores. I am now going to use tap and this product to see if it works as good or better. UPDATE 6/2024 After 4 months of use this works. None of the white film or hard water stains have came back and the sludge I rinse off every month or so is minimal.

Been using this product for about a month and it has been very effective in eliminating slime buildup in the humidifier. Before I had a tube that claimed to have silver that would prevent slime. But every few days I had to clean the pink slime out of the humidifier. The drops are easy to use. Simply add the appropriate amount every time you add water. Consistent usage of the drop has been very effective.

I’ve been using these for a few weeks now. There is a sediment in the mature that makes it impossible to get the drops out after time. I have tried shaking it and nothing works. 3 stars since I think the solution is actually pretty good at keeping the humidifier clean! Just wish it was easier to get out of the bottle

Ordered now for the 2nd time. Theses drops are so helpful in keeping the humidifier clean and healthy! Before the drops I was getting pink mold so often and cleaning 3 humidifiers was no picnic..with the drops I can go almost a week without deep cleaning. I do rinse with hot water daily before refilling then add my drops. The drops are really a tremendous time saver as well as keeping our homes healthy.

8 drops each fill and no more pink mold! I was having to clean my humidifier every day. Not any more. Worth the money for sure
