For a bit of backstory: Was staying in my brother's university flat out of town for a few days and he recommended I buy this, because as students, to save money, their flat decided not to turn on the heating for the entire year. Yes, I know. The first night it was 11 degrees Celsius in his flat. This is a true story.This blanket probably saved my life. I wish that was a hyperbole but to be honest I'm not sure I would have woke up the next morning if I didn't have this luscious blanket wrapped around me like a toasty fleece burrito of warmth. Bought the king size so I could wrap myself up in it multiple times and I have no regrets. 10/10 purchase.

Nicely made, very soft plush fleece. I washed this before writing this review, because I wanted to make sure it would stand up to a machine wash and tumble dry without losing its handle and feel.Pleased to be able to say that it washed well without losing any of its softness, little if any colour run in the first wash, nothing subsequently.Washed on a 30c cycle as per instructions, and it's been tumble dried on a 'wool' cycle.Hasn't shrunk or felted.There has been a little shedding of some fibres in the lint trap, but nothing excessive. The throw lost the sheen it had when brand new, it's now a matt colour (I bought it in brown). That's not an issue for me.Bought as a furniture throw to protect upholstery from dogs, it does a good job.Being plain, rather than decorated with pawprints, hopefully it won't go 'walkies' with guest's dogs at the end of their stay.At the current price of just under a tenner, it's definitely on the money for value compared with similar throws, whether you want it as a pet snuggle blanket or for yourself.

I absolutely love this blanket! It is one of the cosiest and comfiest blankets I have used and owned.Pros:1. Good size blanket- The double size which I bought is approximately 170x200cm2. Great colour and quality- The honey yellow colour is striking and goes perfectly well with my sofa, adding a little colour to the living room. The blanket is soft, lightweight yet warm, luxurious and the packaging makes it feel premium.3. Moderately priced - At the current price of under £16 for the double size, I can’t fault it. I haven’t washed it yet so I can’t say how it’ll fare after washing but i will be updating this review if any concerns come up post-wash.Highly recommended especially in colder months.UPDATE : 28/12/2021 - ordered a second time, in red, but leaves stains over my bedsheets. I immediately contacted bedsure who issued a refund, albeit I have to pay £2.75 postage cost. I’d try to order another in real, hopefully no issues but I’ll update review if needed. I bought this because our dog has taken to sleeping on top off the bed. It's big enough to tuck in at the bottom and sides should you want to(I have a king size bed). Washes well. nice price. Would recommend. Dog loves it plus it keeps my bedding clean.
