I used this as part of my bathroom to help create a nice zen kind of zone and when I light an incense stick it really adds to everything. It's very light, the statue is also light, the rocks are not my favorite part but they do add a nice touch but I wish there was a little more, and the candle part is very cute which I use the electric tea lights in it's place and it was a great addition to my zen bathroom :)

Fit good in a small space, can use tea light or incense stick or both. Incense ashes fall directly onto bowl.

My husband picked this out, and we live the design! It is exactly what he wanted. It is actually better quality than we expected. It doesn't come with a tealight, but came with a vouple of shorter incense sticks(that didn't smell very good at all, but it was nice anyway) my only complaint is that it starts to look a little trashy as it burns. As with any incense burner, you have to clean the tray, but with this one because there are other pieces you do have to remove them and wipe them down every once in awhile. Overall it is not THAT big of an issue, and if we had the choice we would most likely buy it again. This would make a nice gift and we would recommend

Perfect for the little dresser space I had. It's not super expensive looking, but that's not why I bought it (why I gave it 4 for giftable). For what I paid it was amazing. Came with plenty of stones to rearrange to my liking and went well with a few I already had. Removing the burned incense could be easier, and I would have rather received a tea candle than sample incense but it's a really nice set up. The incense held straight up is best for burning and holding Japanese style incense sticks.

Nice quality! I am pleasantly surprised. Nicely packaged, good enough for gift giving. Bronze statue, not too big or small, but just right. Frosted glass tealight dish. Sturdy incense stick holder. Black plastic dish looks like painted metal--I had to check that it wasn't. A few nice-smelling incense sticks. And some roughly polished river-rocks from "the orient". What more could one ask for? It's my birthday present to myself and I can definitely recommend it!

What you're buying when you purchase this is essentially a glazed (I think), wooden (NOT ceramic, like I expected), curved bowl that comes with a plastic (not metal) Buddha figurine, a small plastic bag of rocks, a small candle holder, and an oval-shaped pebble with a hole in the center to place an incense stick in. Since these accessories are not attacked to the bowl itself, they can be rearranged in whatever order you like.In terms of appearance, I cannot complain. It looks quite nice. Unfortunately, no matter where I place the incense stick holder - whether it be smack in the center or on either of the curved edges, allowing my incense to lean a bit towards the center of the bowl - ashes end up all over my desk/table-top. Just know that if you buy this, expect to clean your surface often.
