We had purchased this doorbell in Nov 2022. Since then always had a challenge with the mobile app. Had to call technician earlier for resetting the product once. Now again the product is throwing an error and need to be checked by the technician. When we called the service centre they told us to write a mail mentioning the address and other details along with the invoice. As per the procedure the company will provide a repair quotation and once approved the bell will be repaired (while the call centre person also mentioned that the doorbell is not a repairable product). I have not seen this type of procedure from any other company, also multiple failure within 2 years talk about the quality of the product. Please do not purchase this product.

Stores videos / images on the internal 32 GB card. Integrates with the existing doorbell. Requires both live and neutral wires for the connection. Our doorbell had only a live wire but the Schneider engineer tapped the neutral wire of a nearby bulb. Installation was done by Schneider engineer who came the same day after calling the toll-free number. On ringing the door bell as well as if motion is detected the video is automatically stored which can be viewed as well as downloaded via the Wiser India app. Realtime video is also available via the app. Since there is no cloud storage, no subscription is required.

Schneider Electric Wiser Video Door Bell is easily the best video door bell currently available. This review is after using the product for more than 6 weeks. Pros : 1) No monthly subscription charges 2) Good Video and Audio Quality 3) Quick Live/Stored Video Access via WiFi 4) Quality Product from the World renowned Company i. e Schneider Electric 5) Good Installation Service and Support 6) Secure Local Storage 7) No major wiring changes required. Integrates to installed regular door bell. Cons : 1) High Cost 2) No Angular Wedge Mounts provided thus restricting available door view.

I had a terrible experience with the Schneider Smart Door Bell. The app was incredibly unresponsive and buggy, making it nearly impossible to use. Every time I tried to use the app to check who was at my door, it would take forever to load, and when it finally did load, it would freeze and crash. I had to restart the app multiple times, and even then, it wouldn't work properly. The worst part was that the app's notifications were inconsistent, and I often didn't receive any alerts when someone was at my door. This defeated the purpose of having a smart doorbell in the first place. The video quality was also poor, making it difficult to see who was at the door even when the app was working. Overall, I would not recommend the Schneider Smart Door Bell. The app's bugs and unresponsiveness made it a frustrating and unreliable tool to use, and the poor video quality and inconsistent notifications only added to the disappointment.

Rcvd the Fault Bell from Amazon. Packing suspect that it's used one bell however Bell has been installed on my premises.Technician remove the exisiting Boor Bell Wiring and plug in Video Door Bell.Seems multiple times Video not coming on Phone and bell hang..After restart the Bell then video coming even need lot of improvement in App also.Delay on Phone Ringing even wi-fi signal strong but Kudo to Schneider who listen and monitor my problem. They replaced the bell and now bell is working fine with extreme satisfaction.

I bought this 6 months back, now the internal SD card failed and there is no support response from Schneider. It completely useless since there's no history. Also the app is terrible and slow. The live view takes 10-15 seconds to load. The detection for recording is terrible as well and it fails to record video at important events.

The product is wonderful with one prominent advantage, over the normal video doorbell, that you can access, communicate and check any visitor at your door from any place and it does not have to be home. It also senses motion around the door which helps you become aware about your surroundings even when you are not present.

18 months warranty after that no service, poor quality product at the cost , can be used maximum 18 months ... not recommended, waste of money No service after warranty for repair ..
