Works on a CR 10 s5 with some spacers
The bracket does work on a CR 10 s5, you will need some spacers between the Hemera and the bracket, due to the upper right wheel bolt head sticking out a bit. I ended up using 3 4mm washers between the bracket and the hemera on each of the 3 bolts. Would be nice to design so all 4 bolts could be used on the extruder.

Overall execution was good except a massive design flaw
Other than the first one I ordered was shipped in a bubble envelop and damaged because of the aluminum, it seems sturdy. The replacement was able to be test fitted on the Hemera and unable to mount. The round bolt heads of the Ender 3 gantry wheels stick out too far and interfere with the Hemera. You will either have to find or design your own spacers. IMO if I'm going to have to print a spacer to adapt this to the Hemera, I can just find a spacer (which are bountiful online) to adapt the stock extruder plate rendering this product moot. There are also no instructions for mounting or any strain relief for the cables.

Does not fit E3D Hemera!
This was advertised as fitting the E3D Hemera but it does not. Some sort of spacer or adapter plate will be necessary as the bolts for the roller bearings get in the way.
