Oracle of The Roses Cards – April 5, 2022

This review is for: Oracle of The RosesI say it's "spooky" but I mean spooky-good. Every reading I've done with these has been right on the money. I mean RIGHT ON the MONEY to the point of identifying the client's profession or most outstanding quality or emotion at the moment. Then, the advice or description of the situation & other factors follow in subsequent cards with eerie accuracy. I've been asked to repeat the reading sometimes as the client couldn't believe how on-point the cards were. I would have them reshuffle the deck, blindly choose the cards & a very close reading would emerge. Sometimes some of the same cards would turn up & once, ALL of the same cards from the 1st reading turned up.I don't know if it's just that these cards super-resonate with me or if there's another factor involved. I chose these cards mainly because roses were my late husband's favorite flower. I was looking for an Oracle deck that might allow some communication with him. These cards are very attractive too, with red gilt edges. The LWB is not so little (by content & amount of pages). Very in depth, even describing the botanical info on the different roses found on each card. This set has more than the average deck of Oracle cards. I find the thickness of the cards to be excellent (although a bit hard to shuffle - but then, this is not a Tarot deck & these cards are quite a bit larger).I've been reading Tarot & Oracle cards for many decades so have a good deal of experience, not to mention a fairly large collection of cards. These, far & away, have given the best readings ever.

Bought this deck on the rec of a friend who loves everything this creator produces. I have A LOT of oracle decks and love using them daily. I do like this one, but it's not my fave. Everything about it is high quality - the box, card stock, printing, art work, guidebook. Top notch. But half of the info in the guidebook isn't useful to me - I don't really care about the history of each cultivar or how to grow it or which gods/goddesses it's associated with. But I do love working with the ideas of Archetypes, which each card represents, so I do find the deck useful in that regard. I tend to use this deck to pull one card in a reading, rather than doing a whole spread with it.

Gorgeous cards. These rose inspired cards are so beautiful. The card stock is good. The box is sturdy. The artwork is so pretty! The guidebook is very easy to follow & has just the right amount of info on each card. These are great for a beginner or seasoned reader. You can use them for an oracle spread or a spread with tarot cards. I would highly recommend these. Buy them. You won't be disappointed.

These cards are beautiful and descriptive, they are my first deck of oracle cards, but I doubt I will need to buy another set. These are so beautiful and their messages are clear and concise, the bonus being you get a little Rose knowledge.

I get so many compliments on these cards from my clients. They are more beautiful in person and they feel good as well. The deck comes with a nice book that explains the meanings of the cards. The antique looking background really gives it character.This deck, I believe, would be suitable for any reader level.

Lovely oracle cards and booklet. If you love flowers, you're going to love this deck.

I knew I had to pre-order this and couldn't be happier! Aesthetically, this pairs nicely with several tarot decks in my collection: Antique Anatomy Tarot, Tarot of Mystical Moments, and Fenestra Tarot. So, it was a great buy that I will get a lot of use out of. I've done 3 readings with it so far and messages have been helpful and accurate. My only issue is that there are two Pioneer cards. Kind of a bummer, but when you read the guidebook, it does explain different aspects of the archetype.

These are really beautiful cards. I love the gilded edges. The cardstock is on the thinner side but still a nice quality. I love the guide book and the way the author includes botanical(not sure if this is the most accurate term) information, tips on growing roses as well as the archetype info and card meanings. It's made the journey of getting to know this new deck fun, educational and thorough.
