Great underwear, especially love the opening for balls as keeps it cool. Couldn't find an alternative on amazon, so grab them when they are available. I would prefer a non G-string (non bikini)underwear with the same design from the manufacturer. Also would go with cotton or other breathable fabric for good circulation. Since this design is hard to find , manufacturer can also try different options such as long pouch with open end to accommodate larger sizes, bigger pouch, non bikini , non g-string underwear etc.

I wear a large and these are slightly tight on me. Would recommend buying one size larger. Other then that it's does what is intended. If I order again I will definitely go one size larger

They fit around the waist, just the tube your penis goes in is way to small, it cut circulation off...

They are not the easiest to get into. It helps to be a little stiff when going in, if not you will be once you have played with everything trying to fit yourself into the sleeve. Once in, though, the look is pretty nice, I really enjoyed having my balls hanging out - it feels even more naughty doing that than wearing a thong does. They are comfortable, nothing seems bad about them. Getting in is the only issue.
