Perfect for cashew milk!
Iāve tried them all. Making almond milk, oat milk, flaxseed milkā¦.soaking over night, straining with nut bags ect. It was all too time consuming but I didnāt like all the junk added in store bought milks. Then I found cashew milk! You donāt even need to soak them since you donāt strain out the pulp. I literally just pour 100g (1cup if you donāt have a scale) of raw cashews into my vitamix, pour 4 cups of filtered water and blend on high (level 10) for 90 seconds and then wala! I have cashew milk for my lattes for the next couple of days. I donāt add any sweetener so that I can add whatever I want in my coffee that day. Itās creamy and smooth and you get the benifit of the fiber from the pulp and you donāt lose the vitamins and minerals from soaking and draining the water. I did a taste test on soaked cashews over night and fresh cashews and I couldnāt tell any difference in creaminess or flavor. Itās so simple and easy! I make 1 latte a day and sometimes use it for cereal and I go through one bag a month. Not sure if it ends up being cheaper than store bought milks buy it is more convenient (make some whenever you need it and can make as much or as little as you want so you donāt waste any product) and much healthier. For āwhole milkāconsistency I do 4:1 ratio and for a half and half consistency Iād probably try 3:1 or 2:1. The key is to blend for at least a minute with a good blender so you donāt get the grittiness.I also love that cashew is such a mild flavor it doesnāt take over in coffees/lattes or cereal like almond or soy milk does. Itās just the perfect base for whatever you need it to be.

Not whole cashews: these are split cashews, and mashed flat
The product description should state that these cashews are split in half and mashed. They have a terrible mouthfeel but canāt be returned, so I guess Iāll try to make cashew milk. I wanted whole cashews. Iāve ordered a different brand and will not order from this company again. Would not have purchased if the labeling and product description had been accurate.Update: happy to say my purchase was refunded so Iāll continue to buy nuts from this very fair and conscientious company. Their pecans, almonds, and walnuts are delicious.

Quality cashews
Terrasoul Superfoods Organic Raw Mylk Cashews are organic and non-gmo, which I like. They come in a resealable bag, to make them easy to store. I have never had any "junk" in them and I use a lot of them.

Tasty, creamy deliciousness
These cashews are so creamy and delicious! I use them in a variety of ways from eating them raw, to blending them for dairy substitutes in recipes. These must be packaged at their peak because they never disappoint or taste stale when I return to my already-opened bag even long after purchase!!

Don't let me cashew not trying theseš .....
Bay-bay.....these Terrasoul Mylk cashews are soooooo creamy & fresh. I know I use the fresh a lot to describe most of Terrasoul's products but, when it's fresh, it's fresh & must be addressed. Period! They make delicious "butter". They roast very quickly & also make a great snack. And of course I can not leave out the creamy "milk" they make. They marketing ploy using the pieces as a "mylk" grade is... I'll just keep that part of my comment to myself. However, the whole ones & these appear to be to exactly the same. Bottom line is, Terrasoul's cashews (BOTH whole & these) are good products. You can use either to achieve what you want. There is no difference. As long as your skilled in making "mylk"/"milk"), you can't go wrong with these. Apart from the aforementioned applications, these are definitely great for snacking right of the bag. Their creamy, slightly sweet flavor make them nearly perfect. Just remember the fat content & try to control yourself (if you can).
