Great brand, great value, easy to swallow
Nordic Naturals all the way baby! I trust this brand. There is no other way to say it. As of 2022 ( I can not say for the future, because one never knows) this is one of my top brands for clean, great quality ingredients and good price points brands. This specific supplement is a powerhouse of antioxidants to help our body in many ways. Please do our own research and talk to your doctor or health adviser as to what supplements and type of lifestyle is good for your own personal needs. Having said that, Nordic Naturals and this caps in particular are great to keep your body in tip top shape to keep up your health in this crazy times we are living. The ingredients are fantastic and as someone mentioned before, the specific amount and percentage may not be as high as the recommended dose, but sometimes bigger does NOT mean better. Highly recommended.

Quality Source of Vit A and Antioxidants
I have a healthy skepticism for claims from most all dietary supplement manufacturers and I was happy to see Nordic Naturals information on the label and on their website describing what they do to ensure the quality and purity of their products. The Nordic Naturals company uses a 3rd party to test their products for purity-critical for dietary supplements. This fact sold me on their products.The blend of the various antioxidants in the product is impressive and the price is reasonable given the ingredients and the care the manufacturer takes in ensuring purity. An added bonus is the “NON GMO VERIFIED” claim.The capsule is not small, as can be seen in the photo, but it is a reasonable size for the contents.Bottom Line: You should be able to confidently take this product as a Vitamin A/antioxidant supplement without concerns.

good brand and ingredients
Trusted brand. Many benefits of vitamin A =>- protects eyes from night blindness- may lower risk for certain cancers- support healthy immune system- supports bone healthI chose it for eye health. We live in an age where we stare at screens all day. A good dose of Vitamin A seems to help with eye fatigue. Again, good brand. No complaints or regrets.
