Big demand because of it's Skyfall appearance on Daniel Craig
Perfect fit, maybe a little long on the sleeves but I'm getting them hemmed through a professional tailor. Other than that it's comfortable, stylish and made of super quality wool and in Italy NOT China.

Piece of cardboard
You are kidding me. You are selling me a piece of cardboard for $700. Fit sucks. Why this is even popular? Oh because bond wore it after it was made just right for him and of course they paid a lot of money for him to wear it. We are just fool to think somehow this will be a great jacket. Don’t waste your money. Buy Ted baker or Burberry if you can afford.

Great Coat
Great coat. Fabric is good quality wool that is very stiff because it is new. Will need to be worn multiple times to break-in for an optimal fit.

As I expected
The finition is great, I feel really good in this peacoat. For a more fitted product I should have taken a size lower but I do not regret my choice, as I will soon add a scarf to my outfit.

Stylish Peacoat
This is a stylish peacoat...it is tailored and slim fitting. I was worried about the sizing but after using the sizing chart on the Billy Reid website to confirm, I couldn't be happier with the fit.

Fits perfectly, Looks great
Photos don't do this coat justice, it looks great and the details in the stitching are superb.Update: It's been over a year now and this coat has held up great. I wore it last fall in Shanghai and this Spring in Canada, and the coat is great for those in between seasons. It's become my go-to jacket over the light down shell and single-breasted wool coat.I wear it often and it looks great with suit pants or a pair of jeans. It fits snug but doesn't expand at the waist like many modern styles. I cleaned and conditioned the leather under the pocket covers and collar twice - once when I got it, and again today. They look like new. The size medium is just a little long on me, but it's the best fit. I am 5'5" and 160lbs, wear a 40S suit and 30-inch waist pants. The shoulders and chest are snug and I can't fit a thick sweater or regular suit jacket under it.Unlike my other wool coat, there is no inside lining - and I like that. If you're prone to tearing liners or being too rough or ambitious with the inside pocket and tearing it's opening, as I have on a few jackets, it's nice not to have easily torn materials that will eventually make the coat look prematurely worn.

Stylish winter coat with the James Bond seal of approval!
Like most men, I've been a fan of Billy Reid's Bond peacoat ever since it made its cinematic debut in 2012's Skyfall, worn by Daniel Craig's James Bond 007 as he pursued an assassin through Shanghai. The beautiful navy peacoat that he wore onscreen was incredibly stylish and exuded elegance and class. Slipping on the Bond makes you feel ready to take on any mission, whether it's going out for date night or climbing an elevator shaft. It's the details that really set this coat apart from the other peacoats you find at regular mall-brand stores. The fit is tailored and trim, but with room for light layering underneath. The stylish peak lapels look good either lying flat or popped up (a la Skyfall). The front of the coat features hand warmer pockets on the chest, with button-flap pockets on the waist to hold your phone, wallet, keys, etc. Finally, the underside of the collar and pocket flaps are trimmed with leather, which is a unique and elegant touch. The only feature that I dislike about the Bond peacoat is the lack of an interior lining. This prevents you from having interior pockets inside the coat, which would have been a useful feature. I feel that it also makes the interior of the coat more prone to pilling and lint. However, it is my only complaint on this otherwise beautiful garment.Overall, I highly recommend the Bond peacoat for James Bond/Daniel Craig fans, or men who are looking for a higher-end, stylish winter coat. It is definitely but cheap, but consider it an investment piece that will last for years if cared for properly. Plus, you may occasionally find it on sale. In any case, the Bond peacoat will definitely up your style game!Note: For fit reference, I am 5'11", roughly 165 lbs, 38R suit, 33-34 in pants, 15 x 34 dress shirt, and a Small or Medium in casual tops. A Medium in the Bond peacoat fits me perfectly, with room for sweater & scarf underneath. It's a slimmer fitting coat, so I would suggest sizing up if you have a broader chest or shoulders.

Classy Jacket
I have been looking for a Peacoat for years. Trying to get this Bond jacket was tough because it's always sold out right away in the stores. Thrilled it was in stock on amazon. The quality of this jacket is exceptional, leather accents and pockets look great. The Jacket is unlined and more suited for fall/spring on its own. Expensive but you get what you pay for. Remember to pop the collar!
