Rusting on the Edge!
After the 1st washing experience, knifes started to develop rusting on the edges. if you pay $500 for a knife, this should not happen. there is no difference in quality between the other brands same material and Smeg. I really don't recommend paying this much for a quality does not worth over $39!

Very well made knife set and block. Knives came out of the box fairly sharp. The knives are good weight, sharpened easily and hold an edge. Everything thing I have grown to expect from SMEG
