a friend raved about these and finallyconvinced me to give them a try. and they really did live up to her hype. they make great pancakes AND muffins. i baked a big batch of both and froze for some high protein postpartum snacks and breakfasts. super easy to make and really yummy. classic kodiak cakes to make a great product.

For the amount it's way too expensive. I love this brand so much but I'll just keep buying the butter milk and chocolate for a fourth of the price
