First time wearing this brace, I read a few of the reviews. Most of them were good. The brace is very strong. It’s very comfortable. The only part I didn’t really care for was the gel pack that went inside was kind of cheap, but nevertheless, the brace itself does the trick I felt instant relief as soon as I put it on, I would recommend this brace for anyone with sciatica, herniated disc, bulging disc or any type of lower back issues or back issues

Fits well, I have been using it when my back spasms and I need more support/ the only negative is it rides up till it's up my chest and it's needs to be reaudusted but it does work

I’m waiting to have my surgery scheduled for 5 degenerative disc , 3 buldging disc and one herniated disc And the s1 posterior tear. I can’t hardly stand up straight from the pain and my legs going numb. I’ve started wearing this brace although I still have the numbness in legs and arms I can stand straight with this brace. It’s actually helping with the pain in my back and the heat pack it comes with feels so good while wearing the brace. It’s made very well, not nothing like a traditional back brace. I never could get them to stay in place and never benefit from them. I would highly recommend this brace if you’re having back issues.

Not a bad product but I had to return it after I tried it on and I couldn’t breathe. There is no way I would even keep this product as it didn’t allow me to breathe normally. When you stand straight up with your posture up, your lungs can breathe better because you’re not slouching. I was so super excited to own it, keep it and love it but there is another product they have and it costs $229 I believe and I tried that on decades ago and my friend got hit by a Jet Ski and he was air lifted to the Emergency room at John Muir about 25 years ago and he wore this brace and it is worth every penny for sure. He told me to try it on but he said you must wear it for half an hour and after 30 minutes I can take it off but I had to promise not to take it off. I like it from the minute I tried it on. Then he came over to me and said can I have my back brace please? I took it off to hand it over to him and my back was already used to the brace and he laughed and said you want to keep it on don’t you? I was like uh yeah, it worked so well I don’t know how lazy my back muscles got so lazy or used to something just after 30 minutes of continuous use? Anyway, I will buy this soon as I get a refund on this one and it’s too bad because it looks good in pictures but it doesn’t work at all in my case anyways. Maybe someone in the UFC that’s tall can use it.

Product does help my back but it is very very hot! I may have to get used to it but hot. Not to mention the ice pack it was supposed to come with was not in the package.

So I really wasn’t sure about this purchase to be honest. I’m much too thrifty to pay so much for something I can’t see and touch and know nothing about.However, I’m glad my hubby talked me into this purchase!I have degenerative disc disease and my back hurts alllll the time anymore. Standing for long periods or cooking brings me to tears. Sitting comfortably isn’t easy either. Only certain exact positions lessen the pain. And sleeping was becoming nonexistent because no matter how I laid, it hurt and I couldn’t rest.I know this brace says not for sleeping and some reviewers said there’s no way you could sleep in it while a couple others said they did. I took my chances and I’m happy I did! I DO sleep in it! Is it stiff and awkward? Yes! But does it help me rest? YESSSSSS!!! I pretty much couldn’t have been any more uncomfortable anyway so it was worth a try.I wore this almost 24/7 at first. I actually find it most difficult when sitting on the couch. It kinda lays you back a little and with the brace on not only is it hard for me to get comfortable... I CANNOT GET UP easily! (Imagine a turtle on its back) Haha. But I’m aware this is related to MY couch and the way it sits.However, when sitting in regular chairs, or up trying to do things and also for me personally, while sleeping, this brace has been VERY helpful! I would definitely recommend you trying it and I would purchase again! Is my back magically better? No, this is never going away, unfortunately. But at least I CAN get up and do a few things without tears so quickly and I can also get a little bit more rest.I should add, I’ve never used the cold pack cold yet. I’ve actually never taken it out at all. I just left it there for a bit of extra cushion. I’m sure it would feel great though. I’ll eventually try it.Update:: It’s now July 2022 and I still love it! I especially love the cooling pack in this hot weather! I rarely sleep in it anymore but I did discover a way of making it more comfortable but I’m sure a bit less effective was by removing the hard shell liner from the front pocket that is at your tummy.I still 10/10 recommend this brace!

It really like this brace because it gave my back the support I needed while working in an upright position. However, I chose to return it because I wanted one I could wear while in a sitting position and while laying down. I wanted one to wear at all times.I have been considering repurchasing it because it worked very good for me!!! It gave me great support. This was my first brace. I hope it will go on sale.I recommend this brace highly if you are working in an upright position. Why? It gave my back great support!!!
