Bought this book for us and a friends and we both loved it! Very good book on life

Creating a Life That Matters feels like a love letter to every person, both Jewish and non Jewish alike, looking to live with meaning. Rivka Goldstein, ie Doda Rivka’s masterful articulation and distillation of Manis Friedmans teachings, woven expertly into her own distinct and unique voice, is an essential guidebook that extols universal concepts possessing universal appeal. Her words resonate as deep, authentic and direct, and reading this book had made me rethink what it means to be Jewish in a new, inspired light. So much so that I feel I haven’t really understood what that had meant before. This book has the voice that will touch the current generation, so desperately in need of truth, including the hard truths, which are the most important to hear. The sentences flow with wisdom, depth, wit and grounded advice which leaves the reader hungry to take tangible action to apply the concepts his or her own life. Read this book, buy it for your loved ones. It is sure to change your perception of living and loving in only the best possible way.

I saw in one of the reviews that some of the pages in the book are not in the correct order. I almost didn't buy the book because of this comment, but also in the same comment it was written that apart from that the book is recommended for reading and that's why I bought the book. The first thing I did was make sure the pages were in the right order. Indeed, the pages in my book are in the correct order, and apparently the same person who wrote the review received a book that had a fault in it, but it seems that the rest of the books are perfectly fine and there is no need to worry.

I'm not a religious person however I did enjoy the book.Peace, Love and Health!

in the sea of self-help books, this one had surprised me with the clarity of method, realistic guidelines and honest path forward charting .Both informative and rich in exercises, the book is easy to read and follow.The coaching method is consistent and well-based on the science explained in the beginning.The topical explanations and the following exercises are deep and yet easy to absorb.Many exercises are so multilayered that i can see myself going over the same chapters in, say 6 months, with new depth of the next "work " phase.Highly recommended

This was a deeper book than I expected. It covers the gamut of Jewish life experiences from raising a child through death and is very clear on how Jewish experts believe Jewish people should develop their relationship with a higher being. If you don't believe that a higher being exists, like me, you can still find this book to be informative, comprehensive, and well written.

Insightful & informative.

The book gives a different view on life and death. I have felt personally on alot of what is gone over in the book just nice to have some reassurance very resourceful overall on a great book thank you

São formas diferentes de enxergar o mundo.Só prestar atenção com relação ao fato de ser um Rabino falando sobre a perspectiva de mundo a partir do Judaísmo.

This book so simply explains and summarises common questions and concerns, that to read about things so simply just makes one feel silly for not having figured it out yourself, sooner....Definitely recommend

A must-have for those who thirst for knowledge, and in need of a deeper understanding of the meaning of life.
