Arm & Hammer Baking Soda, 16 Oz

Truthfully, I can purchase this product from my local market. I like to include it in any Amazon.com order, simply because I depend on it, so take advantage of receiving it in a shipment with other ordered products. Arm and Hammer Baking Soda has been a basic household product ever since I can remember. It cleans, deodorizes, leavens buttermilk biscuits and scones, and has a thousand other uses. All of this usefulness at a very low cost, with such good results. It seems I find more uses for this product as time passes. It replaces so many other more expensive products for all sorts of cleaning jobs. The package is a positive, too, as it is cardboard, and bio-degradable!

Everyone likes baking soda because there are millions of uses for it. Mostly I use mine with vinegar to clean pet stains on carpets (A+) clean drains (A) and clean tubs, sinks etc. I also use it occasionally in my washing machine (without clothes of course) to make it smell just perfect. Works like a charm. Clothes come out softer in the dryer!

I know there are a lot of uses for baking soda, but I bought this one to take care of odors in the refrigerator. Always does the trick.

I love baking soda. I use it for everything... Carpet & pet bed deodorizer, facial exfoliant, lip scrub, I mix it in with my toothpaste, I add some to my shampoo once per week to get my scalp squeaky clean... There's no limit to what this stuff can do. I find Arm & Hammer to be the best quality. I love that it's chemical free too.

I really appreciate that I'm able to order Baking Soda at a reasonable price sent to my door when needed. I use baking soda for cleaning and we have a few cats, and it really helps to mix it in with their litter. Hint: I don't notice a difference between plain baking soda added to the litter box and the fancy A&H or other brand litter fresheners.

Incessant ads for new and improved home products sometimes make me fear we will lose access to the old indispensables like Arm & Hammer baking soda. This and white distilled vinegar are the only "MULTI-PURPOSE!!!" miracle substances I need, and the only ones I can tolerate health wise. This is still my favorite for more uses than I can count. As age reduces my mobility I'm very gtateful I can get these everyday items on Amazon.

It's baking soda. It does what baking soda is supposed to do. It wasn't old or stale, it was just right. I've been using it to make hard-boiled eggs so the shells peel off more easily. Just add 1/8-1/4 cup to your water when you boil them and the shells will slip right off when you're ready to eat the eggs.

I love Arm and Hammer baking soda. You can use it not only for cooking but for seemingly hundreds things around the house. I especially like to use it when I wash clothes; I use half store detergent and half baking soda. It,s great for cleaning almost everything in the kitchen. I could go on and on. This particular purchase was in the small boxes like you see in the grocery section. I would prefer the larger boxes but they are hard to find.
