Q: Do these spread out and dry flat or can you achieve a more domed effect, like a flat-back pearl?

If you use too much it will spread out a bit but it does keep the domed effect.

Q: How long does it take for the drops to dry?

Usually about a few hours, but I let my cards sit overnight before I stack them or put them in an envelope..... I love these drops and just ordered a bunch more. So easy to add embellishments!

Q: Are these opaque or translucent?

There is one that dries completely clear. The others are opaque. They’re beautiful and add a lot to projects.
