This supplement from Vitabiotics is quite comprehensive and means that I don't have to take a handful of supplements that seem to be bulked-out for no reason other than to make them hard to swallow. They have essential vitamins and minerals, but also include things like co-enzyme Q10, which is a real bonus. Not bad value at all for a box of 30 considering the contents of each tablet. The tablets themselves are indeed tablets rather than bulky capsules, so they are easy-to-swallow. They do smell a little, but not nearly as bad as some! The only thing I'd prefer is if they didn't have so much B1 and B6 which seems unneccessary.

I love the taste and that its easy to chew. Its really very effective. It helps in eliminating fatigue.

Huge tablets but good value

bought these for my partner and he loves them. Bit pricey but you get what you pay for, he says they make him feel a lot better than previous ones he’s tried.

Was taking these wellman tablets and was starting to feel better , but I had a gout flare and noticed these contain niacin which can bring on gout flares. So unfortunately I've had to stop taking them , if they didn't contain niacin I would have continued taking them.Purchased at a good price , easy to swallow and contain a lot of well balanced vitamins for men to improve energy levels and immune system.They are not the smallest tablets but still easy to swallow for me with a sip of water.Just be mindful that if you suffer with high uric acid levels, gout, then the niacin in these tablets can bring on gout flares.
