Anatomy for Artists: Drawing Form & Pose: The ultimate guide to drawing anatomy in perspective and pose with tomfoxdraws

This probably the best book I have purchased for what I am trying to achieve with the goals I have set. That being said I only decided to make this review after seeing this in the book. 10/10 can't wait to dive deep into this book !

I’ve been after something like this for ages. I do comic book style art so anatomy can either make or break an entire picture. I have plenty of anatomy books, and plenty of comic art books which are too centred on recreating certain iconic poses with not much else, and so because I’ve been making a lot of progress with my art using 3dTotal books I figured the anatomy book would be worth a shot. Only just received it today but the information is presented in a very understandable way and the pictures/diagrams and explanations together will be perfect for me to practice. Will it turn me into a great artist? Can a book EVER do that? Will I be able to understand how anatomy works/looks better in order for me to apply it in my art? Yes, I’ll understand it and if my work doesn’t get better then it’s down to me and not the book. Very happy with this, 3dTotal keeping up the consistently good publishing, will not hesitate to recommend

This book is amazing and just what I was looking for. It shows you how creating simple anatomy shapes and goes into great detail of everything starting from the head to the body and so on. Also full of tips to get the right shapes. The book is quite heavy too, great quality and arrived on great time. Recommended thank you

I bought this because I was researching art books that could help and saw this and instantly bought it 😂 didn't look at the description or anything and first looks it's BIG and has so much pages and it's super helpful I do recommend it

Came in good condition. Happy with it as I am a animation student using it to improve my anatomy.

Still reading through the book but what I have read so far was extremely helpful. The information is explained in a manner that’s concise and easy to understand! Highly recommend this book!

Simplesmente fantástico, não pode faltar na biblioteca de um artista e de quem é apaixonado pela arte.

Great drawing knowledge for all levels. However I think intermediate and advance students who are experienced but are less with this constructive type drawing will get the most out of it. This is just one way to simplify the body. Personally I think you should learn all methods and take the best from each that works for you. ;) Advice from an internet stranger.

お絵描き初心者には難しい。ポーマニなどで全身を描き写す練習をしていて、なんとなくそれらしいものが描けるようになってから見ないとわからないかも。やはり筋肉だけ、表面だけみても人は描けないから、しんどいけれど本書を真似てからだに叩き込むしかないと思いました。頑張って挑みます、、
