It's a colander with no holes
The plastic bowl does not have the plastic cutouts for holes fully cut out. Therfore you can not strain anything. Thinking I just had a bad one I opted to return and replace. The second one was defective as well.

Hmmm? A strainer that doesn't drain!
A nice looking strainer that doesn't Drain. The bottom 1/3 of the strainer has slots in it to drain. Problem is there is flash in the slots in the bottom which won't let water out. Would make a great leaky bowl! Would not buy again.
