Abysmal quality, non-existent after-sales
The mirror is of pathetic quality and there is no support for problems encountered. The seller behaves like a fly by night operator, and there is no warranty that they honor. Extremely unscrupulous, the seller should be blacklisted.

Would highly recommend!
I had purchased this mirror in October, but i did not post a review back then since i wanted to see long will it last. I am from North East India, and i was skeptical about the delivery..... to my surprised the seller had properly sealed the mirror and kept it in a wooden crate. However, when i had hung the mirror in the desired place, i could not switched it on. I contacted the seller, the seller was kind enough to reply right away and told me that I should let an electrician look into it and that he will pay for the fee. But, i decided to give it one more try and gladly it lit up! I think it is because i am not used to such mirrors so i had a difficult time to turn it on. I would only have one request to the seller that he should upload a demonstration video on how to light up the mirror. I have ordered the warm light but, the mirror has different settings; warm,cool and low setting.
