Q: would these cup holders fit a Graco Trekko 3-Wheel Stroller?

There is alot of Velcro length for adjustability on each side of the tray so I would say it would fit just about any stroller.

Q: Do the cupholders fit a Camelbak water bottle?

Yes, i have used mine with it and it was not a problem.

Q: Are the Velcro straps durable enough to hold up 2 heavy drink bottles?

I did put two water bottles in it without any problems.
