Best smartwatch I have ever owned. No issues at all. It said it was refurbished, but it came sealed in the box. Had no blemishes. And worked perfectly out of the box. As usual Samsung doesn't disappoint. This watch has a handsome glossy gray finish which is quite attractive. It is not as bulky as I expected and rests on my wrist naturally.

I mean, as a refurb, it's pretty great. Battery life is just a bit shorter than my friend who got a brand new one. It's pretty customizable and I love being able to get my calls and texts and emails even when I leave my phone behind. Of course I got some new bands. There's a wide selection on Amazon, I recommend a magnetic clasp as it is very comfortable.My biggest complaint is that T-Mobile made it extremely difficult to connect this to my account and configure call forwarding. It took two visits to two different stores and 3 support calls. And in the end, I just needed to talk to somebody who knew the right way to set it up, because after all the other people had failed, he got it working in 30 seconds. But that's totally a T-Mobile support shortcoming, so I still give the product 5 stars.

Ok just the facts:1. Did not work out of the box, has a tag that said it was inspected.2. Turned out to be bad charger, paid for new one myself after I troubleshooted it myself.3. Charged up but would not connect to Iphone even through the APP required.4. Called Amazon, "did you turn it off and on again? Because it is a third party we can't help."5. Contacted third party, 3 days later a response. "Sorry send it back"6. Had to pay to ship back out of pocket.Now why I left this review, Because I use these reviews when I buy products, I would have not bought this had I known....

In the market for a smart watch I was bombarded with choices from the Apple watch to a plethora of Android watches. In the past I had actually bought one of the $20 smart watches and although I was actually glad with the quality for the price I needed an upgrade. Since I am an avid samsung supporter I definitely wanted on of the gear series. The sport version was nice but I just really liked the look of the classic but I wasn't crazy about the price so I chose to get the refurbished.Starting with the downsides one stands out, the charger it comes with. If you have even glanced at the reviews you can see this trend. I ordered two, the reason I will get to later, and both chargers broke after a few charges. So if you are buying this also be prepared to but a new charger. Another downside that I personally experienced was a faulty wristband but I exchanged the watch and got a not broken wristband which is the reason I got two. The watch ring is also less tactile than a non-refurbished one but this isn't a big deal. After that though it is all good.The watch interface is very acclaimed with the wheel navigation and it's ease. I can easily vouch for this. The wheel is very easy to use and I actually find myself just spinning it for fun while I'm bored. It is, in my opinion, much better than the Apple watch crown on the side. The OS is an enjoyable experience. You can add widgets and apps which can make for lighting fast navigation and use of the watch. I would also suggest the 3g version because it has a speaker which makes you look like Inspector Gadget and is useful if you don't have your phone because you can use it without it. The watch is also essentially a fit bit with health features like heart rate monitor and step counter just to name a few. All of this is in a form factor that makes it feel like a normal comfortable watch. Finally is the battery. It easily charges overnight and can last me up to two daya is need be whixh is surprising for such a small watch. I felt kind of sketchy buying a refurbished watch, especially when the cost was fairly high. I read so many reviews before purchasing, but over 75% were positive and my boyfriend really wanted one of these for Christmas. I took the risk, and I am so glad I did, because it works so much better than I expected! He had had zero problems with it so far! My ONLY complaint was that it did not come with any of the original packaging or owners manual; if I remember correctly, it came in a T-Mobile box. But, I guess we can look up the owners manual online if really necessary. So if you are looking to purchase one if these watches, I say go for it!
