I was struggling with very dry skin and dry eyes and a host of other issues. From my research I thought I may have not been absorbing the fat soluble vitamins, so I figured I would give TUDCA a try. I'm on my 2nd bottle and my dry eye symptoms have disappeared and my skin is way better, especially on my hands and lower legs. I also believe it helped with my acid reflux (which was horrible) now almost completely gone. I highly recommend this product for a host of issues (just google fat soluble vitamin deficiency) to see if it may help you. TUDCA is a special type of bile acid, that when you take it with food can help you absorb more of the nutrients from that food. I have had no side effects from this supplement. I specifically picked the KoNefancy TUDCA because it also contained Fulvic acid, which I thought may also help. And it has no other ingredients except the veggie capsule. I also pick supplements with minimal other ingredients so this one was perfect.

I just had my first baby a few weeks ago and have had a lot of postpartum bleeding. Afterwards I always felt tired easily, my skin started to deteriorate, my hair was falling out, I became very anxious and was told my iron levels are now low. So I was looking for a product that would improve my situation, and I was intrigued when it was recommended to me on Amazon. I know liver is a great source of many vitamins and minerals, but have never eaten it before or considered it an iron supplement. I have been taking it for almost 2 weeks and I can see a difference in my energy levels and mood, my iron levels are back to normal, my hair is no longer falling out and my skin is smoother. I really like that it contains more than just iron, it has loads of vitamins I need to recover from childbirth. I love that this product is all natural and grass fed and I will continue to use it.

Ya’ll have no idea how many times my Parents tried to feed me beef liver growing up. As someone who will always be borderline anemic due to not having enough red blood cells, I struggled as a kid with iron deficiency. So it was easy for me to fall into full-blown anemia. My parents tried feeding me liver as a kid, but no matter how much they disguised/mixed it with other food it was easy to detect and I would go on strike over it-refusing to eat. Anyways they eventually settled on multiplying my spinach intake (luckily, I always loved veggies) and that was that. As a grown adult, my husband recommended these because they seemed better than the iron pills I was taking, and while I don’t like the idea of beef liver in my system, it’s better than eating it. Plus these pills do not have a taste to them which is great! I really haven’t noticed if they help with sleep quality, hair growth or digestion so I can’t speak for those, but I can say that I am not iron deficienct thanks to my routine of taking these on a daily basis.

I had heard good things about beef liver so I decided to give it a try. These were a good price and I got the two pack so I’d have plenty. Wow! Since I started taking these I have had more energy, my digestive issues have cleared up and I just feel so much better in general. No flavor or bad aftertaste - they are easy to take and have made such a difference!

Purchased this product to help with digestion; it does. However, it can also produce a Niacin-like flush (red skin accompanied with itching and a burning sensation). I say the flush is “Niacin-like” because Niacin is NOT listed as one of the ingredients. If Niacin is in this product it MUST be listed in the ingredients and possibly a recognition of potential (non-harmful?) side effects. The flush effect is scary to those who are not expecting it or familiar with Niacin. If there is no Niacin present, please explain what is causing this phenomena. It is alarming. Thanks.

I was having digestive issues and with the cost of beef I didn't have the opportunity to eat as much meat protein as I have in the past. Tried these beef liver capsules and my issues cleared up within a week. Added them to my subscribe and save items part of my daily supplements since. This manufacturer hasn't failed me providing a quality product at a price competitive or better than other brands. I'm not a doctor but I believe they help my daily nutrition needs while having less beef in my diet.

Pretty good so far. I tried a different brand last time. I was interested in this one because it offers more liver cleansing ingredients. Also no fillers! Huge plus!

This product caused me an awful niacin flush! It also caused me some major stress because initially i didn't know what was happening to me - turning beet red and having terrible itching and burning. Then I read other reviews and found many others who had the same thing happen to them and I realized what I was dealing with. There is no niacin listed on the product ingredients so It really makes you wonder about this company. I think this is probably due to poor quality control and a batch of their product accidentally ended up with niacin. It seems ludicrous that they would deliberately put something like niacin in the product that would cause reactions in so many people. If they were going to scam us they would just put something benign in as a filler. It's sad because it makes you really wonder about the quality of not just this product/company but it makes me question them all. Although the seller did not offer free returns, Amazon gladly refunded me my money when I called and filed my complaint. Thank you Amazon!
