This is the second time we have ordered this recliner. Loved the first one so much we instantly ordered a second one. I do not know how to get ahold of the seller for the issue we are having with the second chair. One of the lower massage units is overly loud, enough that it interrupts tv watching. I would like for the company to have an opportunity to correct this. I certainly dont want to go through the process of returning such a large item..yikesUpdate: I called amazon and they are sending a replacement free of charge. They made the exchange process pretty simple. New recliner will be coming, when that arrives i just place defective unit in the driveway and ups will pick up (with or without the box) so glad I dont have to do anything more outside of that. So far, so good, thanks amazon. This chair is pretty nice for the price and if this return exchange process goes well, i will be ordering a couple more with confidence in the near future!

Nice initially. Moved sideways, tore the arm. I can feel the springs in my butt within two weeks. I am not a heavy person so I am dissappointed. It already makes a creaking noise when rocking. If I weren't disasbled I would return it. The heat doesn't exist and the massage is weak but probably the best thing about this chair. Please spend your money on something better.

This chair is sooooooo comfortable and relaxing. it truly gives u so many places to put stuff from the remote to my video game headphones & controllers. what blew me away was the MASSAGE FEATURE!! just wish it didnt cut off after a hour. it Rocks it Turns and it is all out a premium Man cave chair 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

The only negative thing I can say is it is a narrow chair, but I'm small so it's perfect!!! The massage and heat are amazing after a long day, I love there are so many different settings to use for massage and also a timer or I would never get up. Lol. It is soft leather and needs to be covered if you have animals or KIDS. lol. The cup holders are great but most chair covers will make those inaccessible 😭. I would definitely buy another one of these, actually I think I'm getting my sister one for Christmas, she has a really bad back and can't sleep yet somehow she took over my chair and slept for an hour until the timer turned it off.

The chair is very comfortable. I fell asleep in it the first time I used it! The "leather" is pretty thin, so be aware that it will probably wear quickly and isn't going to be puncture resistant. Assembly is as simple as sliding the back onto the base. Overall, if it's a lightly used (or carefully) chair, it's a great deal.

It is a great recliner, however it is too low, this is why I rate it 3 in overall. For people with mobility issues it's not a great option. It's kind of difficult to stand up. Otherwise is a nice product.

Love this chair, I can go to sleep on it, the messaged only vibrates but is ok for me.

I got this because end of pregnancy is rough. I couldn't get comfortable. I bought this to support me in a more upright position. It is a good size but doesn't take up to much space which is awesome. My new grandson loves being rocked in it and the vibrations. It came sooner then expected.
