Q: Can this thickness be rolled into a tube? Looking to make a wind tunnel.

Yes, I rolled it up and made a wind tunnel, using embroidery hoops to keep the cylindrical shape. You can poke at it though, so not totally rigid. It worked for our STEAM night.
