What a fun flick.

Old and new fans will find a lot to like here. Stunning animation and a (kid friendly) heist plot make this a great family watch. If you're able, watch with the original (subtitled) Japanese language track. The english dub, while superbly voice acted, is problematic for it's limitations that easily show up the difficulty in voice syncing to the English language. Not so much a big deal on traditional 2D anime, but extremely obvious once you start veering off into Pixar type territory. I for one would love to see more of Lupin III given the 3D animation treatment.

Lupin fan must see!

Fun ride and a great starting point for lupin iii.The film dosn't do anything really special outside it's presentation but it is a beautiful movie to view with decent blu ray quality.
