Replaced oil lines to turbo on my 2005 f250 6.0 turbo. Fix bad flex hose on return line. Stopped small oil leak.

The supply tube is solid eliminating the leak prone OEM flexible line. The return tube off set mounts are to short and my installer did not use it stating the factory tube was better otherwise over all good.

Everything was good. Did not fit my early 2004 tho had to return wish it did work! I would suggest taking yours off first to match them up since ur trucks probably down since u gotta take the turbo out to do this anyway

Don’t bother with this one. Bends for the drain tube are slightly off and the pedestal tabs could be longer. The oil feed line also is slightly off and the provided bolt is too long and snapped right off at 9 ft lbs. Ridiculous! Broke the piece on the oil cooler housing where this bolt connects when trying to extract. That is a problem and really sucks as I was nearly at the end of the very time extensive project of replacing the oil cooler. Sucks that something so small, like a wrong/ cheap quality bolt, can really ruin things and cause one to spend a ton more time and/or $.

Fit great on my 2005 F250. Turbo was smoking a little bit at hot idle and after installing this kit, the smoking stopped however I can’t confirm nor deny that this fixed the issue because I had the turbo off for other repairs anyways.
