Me and my kids love smarties, these looks just like the ones we normally get. These seem a bit more tart then the ones we normally have. Some of these did come crumbly, but they have the same consistency as other smarties.My kids got so excited when they saw the bag of smarties and they could not tell the difference at all.

My daughter absolutely adores smarties (the real candy this is supposed to look like) so we were super excited to try these. Her more than me. I am not a huge fan of smarties. Mostly because of the weird chalky texture and let's just say, it's NO better with these knock offs, significantly worse, if possible. My daughter was highly unimpressed and so were the rest of us. We didn't even finish the bag, pawning them off on some unsuspecting family who thought they were getting something awesome. They found out they weren't later and agreed with us that they are wannabe smarties that come nowhere NEAR as good as the real thing. We cannot recommend.

LIEBERS taste just like the name brand candy. They look like the name brand candy too. The only difference is the name and the price. These taste just as sweet and buttery. They have all the great pastel colors and the tangy and - in a good way - chalky sweet taste.The problem with LIEBERS is the price. These cost 94 cents per ounce while the name brand candy be purchased on Amazon in bulk for just 37 cents per ounce. They may taste the same, but they do not cost the same at all.

I would really recommend checking around for the Smarties since you can buy 5 pounds for about $10 right now. If being kosher is important to you, this looks like your only choice. These have a nice flavor and citric acid tang.

These are so good - one of my favorite candies. I know the brand isn't as popular as the original but they sure taste like the original Smarties. They are sweet/tart and buttery tasting with the exact same texture and long lasting flavor. The good thing is they are a fraction of the cost which make these a great value. Enjoy these for yourself or toss in a Halloween treat basket to give away - you'll enjoy them!

These are individually wrapped small rolls of candy. They look and taste like the Smarties I remember eating as a child. They are great for a quick snack and easy to carry a few rolls in my purse or bag.

At the time I'm writing this, these are over priced.Taste wise, they're terrific - they taste just like the brand name smarties. Good texture and flavor - you really wouldn't know the difference.Nice amount of candy - good for the office or just for home.
