Fit like a charm; I have a 39 inch waist and 42 inch hips. I wore it to a wedding and was in it comfortablly for about six hours. I took the straps off and it didn't roll down. I appreciated the hook and eye closure up the front, because I don't think it would have fit that tightly (or at all) if I had to pull it up. I ended up taking the straps off because I was worried about going to the bathroom in it and being able to re-strap it in my form-fitting dress. It has a zipper opening just for that purpose. However, I don't think the zipper came up high enough in the front to not get in the way and I didn't want to wear something wet and smelly for the rest of the night. I also wore underwear with it because the crotch was a little textured from the zipper. I would buy it again.

I purchased the faja after having a tummy tuck. I originally purchased a large and loved how the rubber around the shorts part didn't ride up. Now that the swelling has gone down, I purchased a medium and it is so comfortable, even when I'm sleeping. I can make the faja tighter with the three levels of the little hooks. The only part I wish was a little different is the area that's open between your legs to go to the bathroom. I wish the opening came up a little more towards the front. But overall, I would recommend this faja for anyone who recently had stomach surgery.

This garment will most definitely hold things in place after tummy-tuck surgery, as has been commented on by many ladies on YouTube. HOWEVER, two things I want to point out. First, if using this garment for post-tummy tuck, buy at least TWO (maybe three) sizes up. I am a size 8 in jeans and required an XL in this garment after surgery. Reason being is that you will have much fluid retention post surgery, which means you WILL need the extra room to accommodate for the fluid retention.Second, if NOT buying this garment for post-tummy tuck use (regular use), then buying true-to-your-size will definitely fit very, very firm. Again, I am a size 8 in jeans (5’8” height) and a Medium in this garment fit VERY firm. In fact, it was challenging to put on, tbh. Expect to feel super-tight, and uncomfortable until you are used to it. This garment is NOT for the faint of heart. Also, use some common sense and do not eat anything heavy while wearing this garment. Best to not eat at all, or drink only when utilizing this garment.UPDATE: Now that I am 5-weeks Post-Tummy-Tuck surgery, the healing is moving along well, which means that I had to buy a SMALLER Faja to size down. Expect to lose all the fluid retention and and swelling post-surgery. The XL I originally purchased had become uncomfortable due to being too large, so I ordered the next size down (Large). In fact, now that I am wearing a Large size Faja, I can see that in a few weeks I may need to go down even further to a size Medium. The loss of fluid and swelling between the day of surgery and several weeks out is significant, so you will need to plan on purchasing a few sized Fajas.Also, there is one thing I think women need to know. The zipper located below, as well placed as it is, is NOT LONG ENOUGH to accomodate using the bathroom. In order to urinate, you will definitely have to pull the fabric forward a bit to make sure you do not urinate on the fabric. To put it directly, the zipper needs to be longer in the front to accomodate a woman's need to urinate. Aside from this, the garment performs quite well.

Initially I got a size small for post Partum, after trying it on and cinchining it rather easily, I decided to return it for an x-small. For reference, I am a true Medium. The x-small helps but the item is not as tight fitting as I thought it would be. Going to search for a tighter garment!

I purchased this to wear for my daughter's wedding. I was skeptical of shape wear from my past experiences with them. The past products I've tried were uncomfortable they didn't stay put and buldged and rolled down. With this product I stayed comfortable all day it was breathable, I didn't feel squished yet it sucked me in in the right places. I loved the shoulder straps that insured it wasn't going anywhere. Breathable fabric durable and supportive. I had to set up the wedding reception while wearing this and I do have to say that I believe it helped support my back as well for the whole 8 hours I was on my feet. I do not think I would've made it through without back pain if I wasn't wearing this. 10 out of 10 recommend. I ordered from the recommended measurements on the sizing chart and it was spot on for my measurements so it's true to size.

Esta faja sí realmente realza muchísimo los glúteos lo malo pues que el vientre no lo aplana 100% diría que un 70% pero los glúteos sí los levanta demasiado es super cómoda si pesas 146 libras te queda bien una M

Pretty good body shaper, definitely hold you in and lifts your butt, my only complaint is that you can see the front snaps imprint when wearing a garment over it that is why I returned it. Maybe make one that is more seamless when buttoning/snap.
