Does this work with other mouse or do i need to buy the apple magic mouse?

You can plug a regular mouse into a usb slot if you one available. The keyboard does not have the usb slot on it for the mouse like the regular Mac keyboards. I just like the new Magic Mouse because it’s not battery and it’s rechargeable. The keyboard is awesome.

No, this keyboard does not have Touch ID.

Does this work with a PC?

It does but it doesn’t have the windows key in the same spot as a windows keyboard - but yes, it will work regardless and the apple command key is basically the windows key

Do these refurbished apple magic keyboard 2, in non original apple packaging, come with the braided apple usb-c to lightning cable?

It's been a while since I purchased mine. It actually came in an Apple box if I remember correctly and did have the standard Apple USB to Lightning cable.
