This is by far the best supplement I've ever used, and I am not being remotely facetious. My energy is better, I sleep more soundly, and my mood has skyrocketed. I take 2 doses a day, one in the morning and one about 90 min before my evening run. I fall into a runner's high very quickly with this, and my muscles stay relaxed, avoiding any pulling or injury (I run about 10 miles a day avg). I WOULD recommend taking a 3-4 day break every other week with these, as they do seem to pack a bigger punch if you bring your body back to baseline first. This works as well as alpha brain in just about every way, and the only other way to get this level of choline into your system is with foods some people just don't like (cauliflower, spinach, etc.) in LARGE helpings. Inositol also seems to have a great affect on some digestive problems I experience. I have nothing bad to say about this product. A+

I am on a health journey & trying to get healthy. I had been diagnosed with fatty liver disease & I was told that choline is a great product for helping to get rid of it. Now I have just started taking the product so I can’t say that it has helped yet 100% because I am still taking them. But i do know that I have been feeling alot better since I have been taking them & I have noticed that my bulging stomach has gone down some. But again, i will give a full review once i have taken the product at least 3 months because you can’t get rid of a fatty liver in 1 month. But i will give another review in a couple more months.

I've been using this for more than 9 months and will never go without it again. I read a newspaper article that said this is helpful for "old people" memory lapses, not dementia or anything, just the usual stuff that goes with getting older. I also have a lack of energy and an abundance of fatigue. (Thyroid problems for 40 years.) I thought, ok, i'll try it. i saw this one and decided to try it first. It worked great! One a day for 100 days is more than 3 months and even though i had no expectations of it, it made a clear difference in just a few days. After my first bottle i tried a different bottle of choline only, different brand, and didn't even finish the bottle, it didn't really help at all. I went back to this brand and combination and will not ever stop taking it! No side effects at all, just less tired, more energy, more focused, less memory problems.

Easy to swallow. Don't feel any difference.

Full disclosure; I was not taking supplements previously, and recently started a regimen of this product in addition to a multi-vitamin, omega 3, D3 and spirulina so I'm not sure how much effect is from the Choline & Inositol alone. That being said, both my fiancé and I have found very positive effects from this product. The first few doses I took was two pills and it made my heart race and I felt "cracked out" for about four hours. After the third or fourth day these sensations no longer occurred. What was left was the clear headed ability to focus, recall information and words where I previously struggled. This helps me stay alert and awake during overnight shifts and clears up the "foggy head" feeling I suffered from previously. I originally bought this as a generic alternative to Joe Rogan's "total primate care" "Alpha Brain" product which is cost prohibitive and I'm happy I didn't waste my money on that considering this seems to be the the same active ingredient. For brain health I recommend this for friends and family.

I have taken Choline/Inositol for years for liver support. I did take the 500 mg each but they were tablets and hard to swallow due to the size. I just take two of these capsules every morning and they go down easily. The mix is also good for hair and nails. Nature's Way is a good brand.

Was originally taking this for hair loss due to hypothyroid and then I noticed I was having female issues happening. I was cramping when I wasn't scheduled to have my monthly period. Then I noticed extreme pain from my ovaries. I have cysts & fibroids but I had no idea this product worked for cysts. I started bleeding and then clumps came out. I googled cysts and inositol and there it was...!!! Lots of studies that says inositol eliminates cysts. So now that I know this I am doing a full cleanse of them. UPDATE: After 2 weeks of taking this product along with vitamin d, I started having heart spasms. Really weird as I have no other major health problems. I am not over weight, nor do I smoke. I eat extremely healthy, no coffee, no processed foods or soda. I felt first spasm in the morning and all through out the day, until bed time. I googled the side effects of "Inositol Study" and found a study showing that in mice they also had heart spasms while given inositol. So just wanted to warn you. Note I was only taking one pill a day. I took a magnesium and vitamin e and it slowed down the spasms. The next day I didn't take inositol and there were no spasms. Worked so well on eliminating my cysts I want to continue to try and take it. But if the spasms start again. I don't think this will be something I will continue using.

Claritin and Benadryl can cause memory problems, they inhibit your body's production of choline by putting at stop sign on your resepters. I stopped taking them and now I can think clearer, I have only taken it twice 2 per serving, but it is working great. I'm hoping for it to help my with executive function. Men everywhere need to max out their testosterone asap.

単4電池と並べて撮影した写真の通り、かなりカプセルが大きいです。 カプセルを飲むのが苦手な方にはおすすめできません。 またケースのが中身に比べて大き過ぎます。 この大きさなら倍の量を入れても大丈夫（苦笑） まだ購入したばかりなので効果はわかりません。 しばらく継続して飲んでみたいと思います。

こんなに気分が変わるのか！と思うくらい思考がクリアになり、ネガティブな思考が消え去ったことにとても驚きました。 会社に行くのも人間関係も辛くて毎日死にたいと思っていたのがウソのように晴れやかで不安も何も感じません。うそのようですが、本当です。 私は寝る前にコリン＆イノシトール1錠服用し、朝はDHCのセントジョーンズワートを2錠服用しています。セントジョーンズワートを朝晩2錠ずつ服用していたときにはあまり効果を感じませんでしたが、コリン＆イノシトールには飲んだ翌日から効果を感じています。 まだ服用を始めて2週間程度ですが、しばらく続けて飲みたいと思います。
