So I didn't attempt assembly on my own. I had our handy man come and put the two beds I purchased together. I got two of the exact same ones...these burgundy ones. It did take a bit of time to put together but all parts were included and he never had any issues...he steadily worked through the instructions. When put together this bed looks much more expensive...like you would pay at least 500 for this frame. I'm very satisfied. It doesnt squeak or make noise, sturdy and looks great. It's not nearly as red as in the pics advertised. Its darker for sure. I'll include a pic of my sons bed.

After weeks of procrastinating and reading endless amounts of review's for beds I finally decided on this one. I am SO glad that I did. The quality is truly amazing for the price. The color is beautiful! Being a 100 pound female I assembled this with no issues within a few hours myself.I absolutely love this bed and recommend just taking the plunge if your on the fence.This was my first time ordering off Amazon and I am very happy with it.

Cranberry color, came in 2 boxes not on the same day, easy to assemble but you will need an electric screwdriver for the wooden slats since the screws have to be drilled into the frame - sturdy and beautiful bed!

Quite charming. The red is darker than it appears in the photo, which was a plus to me. I love the tall headboard because I have two 11" mattresses and my headboard is still visible. It took 30 minutes to assemble, is extremely sturdy and the linen fabric is good. I took away a start because there was a minuscule piece of fabric on the back of the headboard that wasn't aligned properly. Other than that, I don't care, I love it.
