I built a portable enclosure for a laser etcher. So I actually got two of these. One for the vent out of the enclosure, and a second one so that I could vent out of a window (and seal off the window opening to keep the fumes from sneaking back in). These were perfect for both sides of that. Now I just hook up an 8' vent tubing for a dryer on both ends, and I am fume-free while using it inside.These are solid and fit perfectly on 4" holes I have cut on plywood on both pieces. I would definitely buy them again for this purpose.

This worked perfectly to attach a square computer fan to a 4” exhaust duct for a composting toilet. I’ve been trying to figure out a way to get the fan mounted properly without having to chop off the corners of the fan or use a bunch of duct tape, this was the perfect solution. Thank you!!

The DISAAR 120mm Fan Duct Cooling Shroud fits my Antminer very well and does exactly what it’s supposed to — allowing you to connect a 4-inch vent hose for directing hot air out of your mining setup. The build quality is decent, and installation was straightforward.That said, while it works as designed, I eventually came up with a different solution to vent my miner room that better fit my setup. it fit my ant miner s9 perfectly! the only issue that i had was it didn't come with screws so i had to find a bit longer screws for the fan with the grate on it. however if you don't mind not having a shield on the intake fan then that isn't even an issue. with this on each side of my miner and 2 noise proof vents i have lowered the noise level of my antminer by well over 75 percent as well as lowered the fan workload on the miner from 8500 rpm to less than 4500.

Its a perfect, and solid adapter for 4" parts into 12cm fans. The design best eliminates turbulence at the fan blade tips near the edge of the adapter with its angled transition.

Not sure why thickness and warmth is an option to be rated. Its a plastic shroud that I used to duct a 120mm delta fan for a hobby spray booth. Works fine.

I ordered these fan shrouds to replace one that had crumbled away. These are sturdier with high quality plastic. Fits great on my Bitmain Antminer S9.
