I purchased these to make individual quiches - they would be fine for tarts but too shallow for quiche- so I return them. They appear prefect for tarts - just didn’t meet my needs.

I've been using these to provide various dips and sauces on dishes I serve. I think my wife likes how "fancy" they make her meals.I may have to learn how to cook a quiche.
