These have a better, higher back rise than most, but the leg openings are so large that it does not capture leaks well. It helps to wear a regular panty over it. This condition wears me down.

I got a different size this time and they fit me better than the last one I got, this one I have had 2 on & the middle of it comes apart.but I do like these, and I would tell people about the stuff

Noce wrap around waist but the padded area is not wide enough for any quality coverage

We got these for a visiting relatives who has some issues who's had a very hard time finding something larger. Based on reviews we thought we had found something for them but unfortunately not. Due to a medical condition and medication, this person does tend to urinate at night frequently. We have put waterproof items on the bed but got these hoping they'd help him while here, too. He has used them two nights so far and both nights he had what one might call "medium leak" moments. Both times these leaked. They fit fine - they are not the wrong size. It's just all of the absorbent material is in the front and the leg opening areas are VERY much not protected at all, so moisture is going to leak out of the sides pretty much every time. While these are made a little better than some other items he's tried, he says they have the same issue all others have - "side leakage". Someone REALLY needs to make a "boxer-brief" style item for men with the ability to absorb - this diaper design apparently just isn't what some need. He said he gets better results just wearing boxer briefs and stuffing a hand towel down in them than these and others can provide.
