Q: I have a Glock 43 with an after market laser attached in the trigger guard will this holster work?

It will not. This is molded to fit the standard 43 without external modifications. Lasermax does make a guide rod laser that will allow you to use this holster.

Q: Does this fit the mod 2 xds?

This holster fit the mod 2 like a glove, quality product.

Q: Will this fit the m&p 2.0 C with 4 inch barrel? If not, is there one that will?

In my opinion the M&P 9C 2.0 will not nest correctly in the holster due to the added barrel length. Not sure if CYA has developed a holster specifically for the 2.0 yet, but I'd think they will have one available soon. M&P 9C 2.0 may also fit any holster made for M&P 9 FS.
