It really works, and is fantastic for the money.
I bought this as a gift for a friend of mine who has a bad back. She absolutely loves it. Others complained that the cushioning was uncomfortable but she said it's just fine. She's about 5' 6" and the size is perfect for her. Well made and sturdy. Looks like it will last. For the money, it's unbelievable.

Great for the price! Effective!
I am a massage therapist and after 16 years ongoing my back is so sore in the morning! I have been using this at night while I sit up in bed and read or watch TV. That way it's not too intense but still feels really effective on my lower back. I also sit on it sometimes for my tight glutes! Great for the price!

This may mess up your back instead of healing it!
I purchased this pillow and used it once. I was hoping to use it as part of a program to keep my mending back healthy. However, I used it once and it instantly caused my back pain to return from the pinched nerve I had rehabbed. This pillow is exceptionally firm! It is not very flexible and for my 6'3" frame and my back it was very uncomfortable. This pillow may be a legitimate cure for some users, but for me it was a nightmare. After about 5 days I'm finally returning to a more normal state. I can't recommend this pillow!

Firm and knobby but good
As pictured, the ridges on this product are very prominent. They’re very firm, and not very soft. However, it was a nice stretch on my back and released a lot of tension! Exactly what I needed. The product feels high quality and nice and firm. I took off one star for the width. I believe the product would be nicer if it was wider

Sciatic pain reliever.
This pillow has given me great relief from my L5 disc pain. I have sciatica nerve pain and this decompresses my lower back. I highly recommend.

Very Durable
I weigh close to 300lbs and this never budged in nor moved from my body weight.I use it for back pain. It's very durable product and the color is cute. The pressure points do hit the spot. The cost was very reasonable. It is really firm. The size works well for travel or to use at the office. I recommend it.
