As a loyal customer of 5 years, it is disheartening to witness the decline in both product quality and customer service.At times, securing a shipment required over 15 follow-ups, including multiple phone calls. False promises and misleading delivery dates were repeatedly provided, despite OEM representatives knowing that the order was either stuck or had not even been dispatched by the OEM. Earlier this year, an order of 9 candles included 6 defective pieces, and it took 3 months of persistent follow-ups to secure a replacement.The most concerning issue is the absence of an effective escalation mechanism. The OEM CSR team restricts access to leadership, leaving customers with no recourse for service failures. Even feedback submitted on the OEM’s website is redirected to the same individuals suppressing escalations, creating a closed loop with no resolution.Customers are left entirely at the mercy of OEM customer service representatives, forced to endure unresponsive service, endless follow-ups, and a complete disregard for issue resolution.
